40,000 SF restack for investment firm Janney Montgomery Scott including new corporate offices, high end mahogany paneling, crown molding/chair rail/wood base, new broadloom carpet, wall coverings, millwork, new mechanical systems and new high end lighting upgrades.

Project also included complete renovation of JMS prized Conference Center.

This project completed in occupied areas with minimal disruption to the firm's daily operations.
