Project Value: $940,000		New Construction for THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

Scope of Work:
	Construction of a new 8,500 SF recreation facility for the City of Philadelphia. Work included glazed brick masonry, structural steel framing, multi-purpose room with exercise equipment, ceramic/pottery classroom with kiln and a full size basketball gym with sports flooring and bleachers.
