MALVERN PREPARATORY SCHOOL - STEWART HALL

Complete renovation and addition of the old gymnasium into a state of the art cafeteria and bookstore. Project included complete gut of the existing facility and 5,000 SF addition to accommodate the new cafeteria and bookstore. Work included drywall partitions, new acoustical ceilings throughout, millwork including wainscot paneling, high end finishes, terrazzo floors, complete new HVAC system, new toilet rooms and new electrical service with all new electrical fixtures.
