Scope of Work:

Complete upgrade renovations and conversion of 17,500 SF lab facility.

Work included demolition of existing lab piping and equipment, drywall, mechanical, fire protection and electrical systems including new lab equipment, casework and piping. Lab piping included acid waste, compressed air, CO2, vacuum piping, both medium pressure and low pressure steam piping and condensate.
