Provide general construction/construction

management services for seven (7) tenants at the new Cira Centre high rise rower.

Work included high end millwork, extensive interior finishes, furnishings, distribution of individual sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems from the base/shell building risers.

Several tenant spaces included construction of

data centers, tele/data systems and security network systems and equipment.
