Scope of Work:

 

Complete 15,000 SF demolition and renovations of the Charles Blockson Historical Artifact Collection for Temple University. The project included all new drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, paint, carpet, sprinkler work and new plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.

 

Project Duration: 4 Months

Project Value: $825,000
