FISHER FURNESS FINE ARTS LIBRARY

Renovations to existing restrooms including new HVAC systems and ductwork throughout the library. Work also included restoring the existing interior building fabric where new systems were installed. Project was completed while the Building remained fully operational.

SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY HOUSE

Replacement of existing windows, interior wood trim and repair to interior plaster and finishes.

The Philadelphia Historical Commission conducted coordination and project oversight during the renovations of this building originally built by Anthony Drexel in the late 1800's.
