Scope of
Work:
Interior
and exterior renovation for the National Park Service on the historic
building housing Benjamin Franklin's Print Shop and Store.
Work
included: masonry restoration and repair, replace damaged wood trim and
plaster around window wells, replacement/rehabilitation of wood cornice
work, remove and replace cedar shake roof, lead lined copper gutter, restore
the existing window sash and re-glaze windows.,
Work was
completed in December 2009, for this property that was originally built in
the last half of the 18th century and encompassed Benjamin Franklin's first
post office, retail shops, tenant homes as well as the access way to his and
his son's residences.
