Coordination general construction prime contractor for multi-prime contractor project. General construction scope of work included: exterior stone restoration, cement stucco, new wood windows, chimneys, structural timber construction, new wood cedar shake roofing. The interior scope of work included: new wall partitions, plaster ceilings, new wood base and chair moldings, new stairs, wainscot wall panels and wood flooring. Also included was the restoration of the interior stone work around the fireplace and resetting the mantels. The original building was constructed in 1851.
