Renovation of Caretakers Quarters at the Historic Girard Estate property. Originally built around 1797, this landmark is now owned by the City of Philadelphia. Work included period restoration of window sash, plaster walls and flooring plus installation of new Kitchen and Bathroom for use as a residence.
