HORTICULTURAL CENTER RE-GLAZE

Replace 20,000 s/f of roof glazing on operational greenhouse and catering venue. System included translucent acrylic panels, extensive truss reinforcement, a new ridge vent and control system, and facility wide electrical upgrades. Accommodating the Center’s ongoing meeting and catering schedule required close collaboration with City officials and third-party venue management. Temporary roofing was provided to ensure weekend usability. Automated temporary heat was provided to maintain plant health and provide frost melting for early morning roof accessibility.
